The stay of Dowager Queen Marie of Roumania and Princess Ileana in Palestine has been shortened at the request of the British government, according to a dispatch to the New York “Times” from Bucharest, since the British officials were afraid that a longer stay in Palestine by the Queen and her daughter might lead to unfriendly demonstrations. The Queen and the Princess are expected back in Bucharest on March 28.
