Britain established an Internet site to help Holocaust victims or their heirs determine if they are eligible for moneys from a newly established $40 million fund. Britain seized the money and property of foreign nationals, including Jews and other innocent victims, after the assets were classified as enemy property. Some 25,000 records of those people whose property was seized are listed at www.enemyproperty.gov.uk
