The British authorities, following intervention by Chief Rabbi Joseph H. Hertz, were expected today to provide religious welfare facilities for interned refugees.

Establishment of a special camp, equipped with kosher facilities, was considered a possibility for the orthodox among the refugees. The authorities, meanwhile, have sanctioned a kosher food parcel service for internees.
