Britain is not expected to make an official statement on the steps she will take to implement the recommendations of the Anglo-American inquiry committee report until the United States position is ascertained, it was learned here today. Official circles here revealed that no communication concerning the report has been received from Washington.
Reuters reports from Cairo that Arab circles there do not take seriously the suggestion that the Arabs will appeal to the Soviet Union for aid against implementation of the Anglo-American report. It is believed that the Arabs will first appeal to Britain, and only if they do not receive satisfaction will they seek aid in other quarters.
