Britain’s Air Marshall Arrives in Israel; Confers with Ben Gurion

Britain’s Air Marshall William McDonald, commander of the Royal Air Force in the Middle East, arrived in Israel for a visit officially described as “private.” However, immediately after his arrival, the high RAF official held a conference with Prime Minister David Ben Gurion, and it is known that he has appointments to meet other Israeli political leaders.
