It is learned here that the observations of the British government on the report of the Mandate Commission on Palestine are expected to be published Thursday. The observations are said to reproach the Mandates Commission for placing more confidence in certain points in the memorandum presented by the Jews than in the British government. The Mandates Commission is also said to be reproached for having given insufficient consideration to the report of the Palestine Inquiry Commission, with a large part of which the British government associated itself.
