Sir Raymond Unwin, British architect, will arrive today on the Roosevelt to study American housing conditions. Accompanying him are Dr. Ernest Kahn, former president of a German housing organization, and Miss A. J. Samuels who is representing the English Society of Women Housing Estate Managers.
