British Chief Rabbi Israel Brodie departed for home today after a visit of several weeks in the United States. He expressed interest in the “remarkable intensification of religious Jewish education” in the U.S., but felt that there were a number of Orthodox Jewish organizations operating in similar or identical fields that might better serve by collaborating or merging.
