Joseph Sprinzak, Speaker of the Israel Knesset, was today a guest of Lord Stansgate at a luncheon at the House of Lords. Later, Mr. Sprinzak was received by Lord Simonds, the Lord Chancellor, who invited the Israeli leader to visit the House of Lords. Yesterday, Mr. Sprinzak was a guest of the Inter-Parliamentary Union at a luncheon in Commons. Later, he had tea with William Shepherd Morrison, Speaker of Commons.
