Meyer, former student in the London. School of Economics, in an address yesterday before a campus meeting of the Columbia World Problems Club.
Mr. Meyers, who was expelled from the London school because of his participation in a fight for free speech, spoke on world tendencies toward war and Fascism and the counter-activities of world student bodies.
