British High Official Arrives in Israel to Study Economic Problems of the Jewish State

Sir Thomas Rapp, chief of the Middle East section of the British Foreign Office, with headquarters in Cairo, arrived in Israel last night from Egypt. He told newsmen at Lydda airport that he came to the Jewish state to study economic problems.
