Cohen, Secretary of the Jewish Association for the Protection of Women and Girls, is a member of an Adyisory Committee which has been appointed by the Home Secretary to give general supervision over the inauguration and working of a scheme to improve existing arrangements for helping and befriending women and girls who come to London to take up employment.

The Chairman of the Committee is Colonel Sir Vivian Henderson, M. P., Parliamentary Under-Secretary of the Home Office, and Sir Oscar Warburg is Deputy Chairman.
