A delegation of top leaders of the Board of Deputies of British Jews met here today with the West German Ambassador, Dr. Hasso von Etzdorf, protested vigorously against his Government’s plan to put into effect the statute of limitations on war crime trials after May 8, and obtained from him the assurance that he would report the sentiments of British Jewry to the authorities in Bonn.
