A resolution protesting attacks on Jews in Poland was adopted yesterday by a mass meeting at which Nahum Sokolow, honorary president of the World Zionist Organization, presided.
The resolution voiced conviction that the Polish Government would be able to suppress the excesses and called on the Government to halt economic discrimination against the Jews.
The Jews of the British Empire were urged in another resolution not to “abandon their Polish brethren” and to contribute to the fundraising drive of the Federation of Polish Jews.
