The eighteenth annual conference of the Jewish National Fund of Great Britain, meeting here with 120 delegates in attendance, voted to raise approximately $800,000 during the coming year “to meet the needs of the Jews who will be released from the ghettos.” The convention adopted a resolution expressing “pride in the magnificent war effort of the Yishuv”. Last year the British JNF raised about a quarter of a million dollars.
