Two platoons of British soldiers visited Abugosh, a peaceful Arab village neighboring the colony Kiryath Anavim, which was not attacked during the disturbances.
Striking a flagpole mounted with the Union Jack, the soldiers with fixed bayonets formed a square. All adult males of the village squatted in the center and an officer spoke to the villagers on their good behavior and keeping the peace.
It is understood it is the intention of the military to continue such visits until all the important villages are inspected.
