The cargo of the Israel vessel Dromit, which was seized six months ago on charges that it included machinery and other products rather than household goods bound for Israel, has been released by the British authorities in Germany, it was reported here today by Joseph Rosenzaft, chairman of the Committee of Liberated Jews of the British zone.
The charges were found to be inaccurate following a six-month investigation of the cargo and bills of lading and the DP’s involved were cleared.
