The presence in this country of Sir Willoughby Dickinson, of London, former member of the British Parliament, and now Chairman of the Committee on Minorities of the League of Nations Union, is of special interest to Jewish organizations which have been working for the protection of Jewish rights abroad, as Sir Willoughby has not only spoken sympathetically in favor of the rights of all minorities, but has advocated the awakening of public sentiment generally as a means of defending these rights. This advice we understand will be taken under consideration by the American Jewish Congress and other organizations.

Sir Willoughby Dickinson made special reference to the work of Jewish organizations abroad in his address before the dinner, meeting of the American Committee on the Rights of Religious Minorities, at which the American Jewish Congress was represented by its President, Dr. Stephen S. Wise and its Executive Secretary, Bernard G. Richards.
