British victims of Nazi persecution who suffered in concentration camps were invited today by the Foreign Office to register for compensation from West German funds.
West Germany agreed to pay 1,000,000 pounds sterling ($2,800,000) in compensation to such victims, it was announced in Parliament last month. It was believed that claims for such compensation here would not exceed 1,000.
