William Shorr, Jewish student of Brooklyn, New York, committed suicide yesterday morning by shooting himself.
Shorr recently arrived from America and lived at the Hotel Crebellon in the Latin Quarter. In his room two closed letters were found, one addressed to his mother who lives at 29 Schenck Avenue, Brooklyn, New York. Shorr suffered from melancholia.
