The annual celebration of Brotherhood Week, sponsored by the German societies for Christian-Jewish Cooperation, is underway in cities throughout West Germany.

Public meetings, radio and television broadcasts, films and theatrical performances, including a showing of the Israeli film; “Hill 24 Does Not Answer,” marked the observance under the sponsorship of Federal President Theodor Heuss.

All German television stations will telecast a round-table discussion Friday. Among the participants will be Fritz Saenger, editor-in-chief of the German News Agency, DPA who recently visited Israel, and H. G. van Dam, secretary general of the Central Council of Jews in Germany.
