Police of Bruenn are conducting a census of the nationalities of various employes in private enterprises, much to the alarm of the Jewish population.
The Jews fear that pressure will be exerted to bring about the dismissal of the Jews. Further they see the availability of statistics on Jewish employes as a weapon for Nazi agitation. The police census, it is believed, is the result of Nazi pressure.
