Brunn Court Condemns Nazi for Espionage

Holding that the brutal murder of Professor Theodore, famous German-Jewish philosopher, at Marlenbad last fall was sufficient proof that espionage activities of German Nazis were a menace to the public safety in Czechoslovakia, the Bruno court today, sitting in camera, convicted Herbert Schulz, a Nazi party agent. Schulz had been engaged here in spying on refugees from the Reich and reporting to Germany the addresses of Jewish emigrants now located here.
