The Orthodox Jewish community of Budapest has decided to open a yeshivah, the Agudas Israel Organization reported here today on the basis of a communication from Moritz Paskusz, president of the Budapest community.
The yeshivah, under the direction of Rabbi B. Moskovitz, who formerly directed a yeshivah at Paks, will train rabbis, Jewish teachers, and shochtim. The Agudah has promised its support for the yeshivah, the report said.
