A meeting marking the opening of the World Zionist Congress in Basle, Switzerland, was held here today under the auspices of the Pro-Palestine Committee and the Jewish Agency office in Argentina. In a message to the Congress, the meeting expressed its confidence in the establishment of a Jewish state in Palestine.
