The population of Buenos Aires was urged by the police today to cooperate in the search for the persons who bombed the main ##ynagogue here at dawn yesterday. The pro-fascist Alianza is believed responsible.Police Chief Arture Bertollo promised a delegation of the DAIA, central Jewish ##ody, that measures will be taken to prevent a repetition of the violence. The delegation called on him yesterday a few hours after the blast, and demanded that the ##thorities end the series of anti-Semitic incidents which began several months ago. ##t pointed out that four synagogues have been attacked in the last four months.Yesterday’s blast blew out the doors and windows of the synagogue and destroyed the entrance hall. Windows in houses within a several-block radius were ##hattered. Hundreds of Jews gathered before the building as word of the outrage ##pread.
