The Jewish Daily Bulletin will publish month a Food Guide giving accurate information of food products, food establishments, such as hotels, restaurants, steamships (kosher service), etc. Only such concerns furnishing our Food Guide department with satisfactory proof of their statement of standard and quality will be represented. The Bulletin will also publish in each case the name of the authority guaranteeing Kashruth.
Copies of the Food Guide will be sent to congregations and institutions on request.
The first issue will appear on March 30.
