A British conference to create a permanent council to undertake the organization of the boycott against Germany throughout England will be held here November 5, it was announced today. Sir Robert Mond, famous British industrialist; R. D. Blumenfeld, noted journalist and chairman of the board of the London Daily Express, and Philip Guedalla, biographer and historian, are among the organizers of the conference.
Synagogues, fraternal orders, Zionist societies and Jewish trade union councils will be invited to send representatives to the conference. The assembly will consider only British boycott problems. It is understood that when the British boycott body is established, it will join the world boycott organization which it may consider functioning most effectively.
