The 40th annual convention of the United Rumanian Jews of America closed here last night with a decision to launch a drive to aid the Jews in the drought and famine areas of Rumania. The 250 delegates also discussed the problems of Palestine, United Jewish Appeal and aid for survivors of the Transnistrian concentration camps.
