Canada Moves to Aid Jews of Germany

An investigation by E. J. Skelton, Canadian Undersecretary for External Affairs, while in-Europe, substantiates reports of Jewish persecutions in Germany, Premier Bennett notified Samuel Factor of Toronto, a Jewish member of the Dominion Parliament. Consequently, the Premier has instructed the Canadian representative at Geneva, to take appropriate action.

Jewish members of the Parliament, in Ottawa, appealed to Premier Bennett in behalf of the Jews of German recently. The investigation by Mr. Skelton and the premier’s subsequent instructions to the League envoy followed.
