Canada reversed course and imposed a complete ban Wednesday on Hezbollah. B’nai Brith Canada, which earlier this month filed a lawsuit to force the government to ban Hezbollah, applauded the government’s latest decision. “This is an important step for this country’s efforts in the war on terror,” the group said. “All Canadians are safer as a result of this action.”
