The nine-man Canadian delegation attending the Zionist Congress was deprived of the right to vote today because of alleged irregularities in the election of delegates.

The Canadians announced that they would leave Basle Sunday unless the decision is reversed. Samuel J. Zacks, head of the delegation and president of the United Zionist Council in Canada, pointed out that the Council had sold 50,000 shekels.
