Philip Stuchen, assistant director of the information branch of the Dominion Labor Department, will leave shortly to assume a relief post with the Canadian Jewish Congress overseas, it was announced today. Mr. Stuchen will be attached to the overseas staff of the Joint Distribution Committee. Two other Canadian Jewish Congress relief workers are already in Europe.
