Canadian Jewry Urged to Join World Jewish Congress

Addressing the opening of the Canadian Jewish Congress, Rabbi Harry Stern called on Canadian Jewry to join the World Jewish Congress, which is scheduled to convene at Geneva on August 8.

Rabbi Stern appealed for unity and democracy and stressed the urgency of drafting youth in Jewish work lest they be trapped by antagonistic philosophies.
