A Canadian parliamentary delegation has been invited to visit the Soviet Union this summer when it may study charges of ill treatment of Russian Jews. Government officials said the invitation had been received through the Soviet Embassy here. Arrangements for the trip are in the hands of Speaker Alan Machnaughton of the House of Commons and Speaker Raymond Bourget of the Senate.
