The Canadian Jewish Congress announced today that Prime Minister John D. Diefenbaker will address the 12th plenary session of the Congress in Montreal on October 31. His predecessor, W. L. M. King, restored the precedent of the Prime Minister of Canada addressing the national conventions of Canadian Jewish Congress.
