Capt. Archibald Maule Ramsey, member of Parliament, and Britain’s most rabid anti-Semite, died here yesterday at the age of 60. Capt. Ramsay was arrested by police in 1940, together with his friend, Oswald Mosley, leader of Britain’s Fascists, Capt. Ramsay’s first act on returning to the House of Commons in 1945, was to offer a motion that would have revived a law dating back to the year 1290 requiring Jews to wear yellow patches on their clothing.
