The case brought by a group of stockholders against the directors and managers of the Judea Industrial Corporation was continued yesterday before Justice Wasservogel. It is expected that the trial will go over until next week.
At Wednesday’s session of the trial the plaintiff’s through witnesses, attempted to show that Judge Strahl and Jacob Ish-Kishor, president and secretary respectively of the corporation, asked that the “Founders” shares be placed in their control so that in this way they might control the activities of the Judea Insurance Company, both in this country and in Palestine.
