Vehemently denouncing exaggerated totalitarian nationalism, the Hague Catholic Congress, attended by 60 delegates from 10 countries, today deplored super-nationalism as preventing mankind from realizing that “juridical order which is founded on the unity of the species, on the equality in nature and the solidarity in men.”
