Representative Emanuel Celler (N.Y.C.) today introduced into the House a resolution to “prohibit the allotment of funds, whether they be public or semi-public funds, for the purpose of defraying the expenses of American athletes to participate in the Olympics games to be held in Germany in 1936.”
