More than 400 Reform rabbis from the United States and Canada will gather here next week at the 53rd annual conference of the Central Conference of American Rabbis which opens on Feb. 24. This year’s conference which will conclude on March 1, is being held in conjunction with the 100th anniversary of the temple founded here by Rabbi Isaac M. Wise, the founder of the Central Conference.
