Ceremonies were held across Lebanon to mark the third anniversary Sunday of Israel’s shelling of a refugee camp during its 16-day campaign against Hezbollah gunmen. Israeli officials apologized at the time for the shelling, which killed at least 91 Lebanese refugees who had taken shelter at the Kana U.N. camp during Israel’s Operation Grapes of Wrath.
