Funeral services were held yesterday for Chaim Rajchenberg, an engineer and Jewish community leader who died of a heart attack Sunday at the age of 59. Until last May, Mr. Rajchenberg was president of the Buenos Aires Jewish Community Council and of the Federation of Argentine Jewish Communities.
