Chairman Samuel Dickstein of the House Immigration Committee introduced a resolution today which would permit all unused immigration quotas for the period ending June 30 to be distributed to take care of all religious and political refugees from all countries. The refugees would be admitted to this country provided they are not excludable under the present immigration law. It is estimated that 115,000 are now left in the unused quotas. The Immigration Committee will hold hearings April 20,21 and 22 on all bills concerning refugees so far introduced.
