Changing the date of the opening of the World Zionist Congress in Lucerne from August 27 to August 20, the Zionist Executive today announced that it expects the Congress to last ten days.
The announcement also states that the new Actions Committee which is to be elected by the Congress will have its first session in Lucerne immediately upon the conclusion of the Congress. The sessions of the Actions Committee will open September 1 and will last three days.
The Jewish Agency, which is recognized by the League of Nations as the representative body for Jewish interests in Palestine and which consists of Zionists and non-Zionists, will open its session in Lucerne September 4, upon the conclusion of the sessions of the Actions Committee.
The Jewish Agency will be in session two days, after which the new Administrative Council of the Jewish Agency will have a session September 6
