Charge Great Britain with Attempt to Instigate Insurrection in Ukraine

Mr. Bernard Lecache, the French Jewish journalist who recently visited Russia, confirmed in the Paris daily, “Matin”, the allegations made by the Communist paper “Humanite”, that the British Government has entered into an intrigue with representatives of the Petlura organization in Paris, with the view of organizing the Petlurists in Ukraine and cause an insurrection.

The British press ridicules this suggestion as fantastic, and declares it to be pure fiction. The British Embassy in Paris, the English papers say, has decided to ignore this so-called revelation, claiming that it does not contain a single word of truth.
