The assertion that anti-Semitism is employed by the Stalin regime in its fight against the Communist opposition, whose leaders were banished, is made in a despatch from Moscow to the “Volksrechty” organ of the Social Democratic Party.

The correspondent states that he learns from reliable sources that Stalin encourages the anti-Semitic feeling in the Communist party against the Jewish members who were affiliated with the opposition.
