A number of charitable institutions benefit under the will of the late Jacob Leitner, who died on January 10th.
Mrs. Leitner, who receives a life interest in the residuary estate, after several other gifts, is empowered to give half of the principal of the remainder to charity.
The Federation for the Support of Jewish Philanthropic Societies is to receive one-fourth; and a one-twelfth interest is to go to the Hospital for Joint Diseases, the Bronx Hospital, and a corporation to be formed “for the betterment of the physical and moral conditions of poor children.”
