Members of the women’s division of the Brooklyn Federation of Jewish Charities will hold a house-warming party Monday morning which will officially open the new Federation headquarters, 130 Clinton Street, Brooklyn.
More than 2,000 invitations have been distributed to persons in all walks of life throughout Greater New York to visit the new offices and meet the members of the board, volunteers, and staff members, according to the committee of Thrift Shop No. 1 of the women’s division, which is sponsoring the affair. Those invited have been requested to pay an admission price of one bundle of rummage. The bundles thus contributed will be placed on sale at the women’s shop, 1220 Fulton Street, Brooklyn.
