The youngest of the newly admitted crop of freshmen to Hunter College is Charlotte Epstein. She is fourteen years old, an age when most children are entering the first year of High School.
If all goes as expected, Miss Epstein will receive her A.B. degree when she is but eighteen years old. She entered Evander Childs High School at the age of ten and was elected to the honor society, Arista. At Hunter, Miss Epstein has chosen to major in mathematics.
